Why? Well, lets see if I can come up even with one good reason...
Yesterday I was in a PC match which started out alright, I got my tank down without much fuzz (some slight RDV figuring-what-to-do) and then I proceeded to take the path I was assigned, shot down 2 enemy dropships over the main compound. Then I guess one of the downed pilots is calling in an LAV straight in front of me and when I'm starting to line up my shot I'm thinking "good thing I started reloading the moment I downed the second dropship" and then I'm checking to see if the reload is done, nope, it's stuck in the reload at full ammo, well, I'm thinking "I might still have time to hop out and back in and still have time to finish reloading." How wrong was I? Another infinite reload. I then decide it's not a good idea to stay out in the open so I'll quickly do it again and drive behind cover, another infinite reload. I then proceed to do it 5 more times till I finally get it right. That's about 2 minutes when I wasn't able to carry out my assigned role. Next I proceed to kill 2 enemy tanks that I'm ordered to. That goes perfectly, yay! And then I proceed to get to a strategic position that I'm ordered to get to and I see 2 enemy tanks moving to engage me and I'm hoping backup will get there on time, well, nope, so I only kill one of them and then I'm killed, but that guy wont live much longer. Anyway, now I call in new tank and get to the same spot again, I see the enemy calling in ADS and I'm thinking "easy kill" but nope, as I fire the first shot I'm like "wait, did I miss?" nope, the shot never left the barrel, so I let the turret cool down to try again, but the dropship is already gone so I decided to take care of the a missile installation shooting at me. Well, that doesn't work either as I can't fire again and I decide to retreat a little bit, now I have the ADS in my sights again and I take a shot at it, "wait, no ammo?!" Apparently all my ammo from the clip is gone, "fine, I guess I have to reload" and so I do and then I take care of that missile installation and the dropship pilot and then the match is over, we won, but how much did I contribute to the win? Well, not much due to these bugs.
TL;DR: Cannot carry out my designed role in PCs because turrets are too unreliable.
Inb4buttheforgegunisalsobroken (only until your skills have loaded up)
PS. Sorry about the wall of text, only so much that I can do with mobile phone.

dont hold your breath not only is this not going to get a responce but its going to stay broken for a very very long time.
some of the large turret bugs have been in the game since closed beta and have yet to be awknoledged. I know that, which is really why all the bugs need attention. Only the reload bug is new since 1.7. Everything else has been there always.

So, nobody cares that the primary and secondary weapons for vehicles are broken? Because it's lolCoD514 or GTFO? Anything concerning infantry usually gets fixed ASAP, but any bugs concerning vehicles will be ignored. I applaud CCP for actually fixing rendering, but can anyone point out any other bug that has ever been fixed for vehicles? If you don't count the numerous RDV bugs that have been addressed (but just as many are still to be addressed.)

the tripple damage from railgun splash bug laster from beta all the way through to uprising release. the double reps from armor reps lasted all the way through beta to uprising release....
im guesing 2.0 will accidently fix a few bugs just based on past history but nothing else will be done.
i once had a petition that lasted and was updated every build for 5-6 months for JUST a responce on the rednering and turret bugs.... nothing ever came of it.
its pointless dude. I'm talking about stuff that doesn't concern infantry players, but instead vehicle players, because of course anything that could possibly hurt infantry is gonna get fixed.

The only thing that's plausible is the reload bug since we have no RoF skills, except ADS (and that is due to skills not loading) but I have not invested into reload speeds for turrets...

Last PC i did it just was broken in every tank i was in im suprised i killed anything in that battle, i had the reload bug, i had the fire all shots bug, i had the fire and no shot bug, i had the fire and no damage bug
I hate using rails because they are unreliable, at least my FG works when the skills are loaded but that will be fixed quicker than the railgun Just like FG bug... FG bug is caused by RoF skill not loading, large turrets don't have RoF skills.

Yep, because they were real quick to fix that melee glitch, and they finally hit detection issues with the Sniper Rifle. Let's also reminisce about how quickly they fixed the Infantry TTK. Did I forget to mention weapon and equipment balancing? Yeah they're always quick to fix those too. So infantry had 2 bugs that hurt them (1 of which still affects vehicles btw) that took quite long to fix, well, alright, that 2 is still more fixes that we've ever had, we've only had rendering semi fixed. Balancing issues are not bugs.
